Frustration seems misdirected. Why didn't/doesn't erhc simply comply with SEC filing regulations? That's the only reason stock is on the caveat emptor lists. Please don't say gag order lol. Didn't stop release of the 400+ page document or 8-K's whenever they feel like releasing one. erhc management decided to go the silent way and a share price near zero is what you get. erhc management is where complaints or legal actions should be directed imo.
Sidenote: Anyone who continues to cry the naked shorters story, just a shred of proof any erhe short shares exist might help. But everyone knows there is none.
