Agreed. That court dismissal caught somebody off guard. They didn't expect it that fast. LOL. Could be the whole court case was an attempt to tank the stock. No one could believe after a full year they had reasonable chance at winning. On the other hand, hoventurd might have thought they would settle quickly just to get him out of the way. Wonder if the SEC will have a talk with him. Dude is pure trash.
