#10168 RE: DollarBills #10167

So let me reply to everything you said in this post.

"Actually the sole purpose of a corporation is for the benefit of shareholders, so actually yes they DO work on my time."

Clearly you are not suggesting, to tell them "jump" and they say "how high". No it doesn't work that way, if you were major shareholder then maybe you have a shot, by major shareholder meaning more than 5% ownership.

I never said you were bad mouthing, being a believe is not going to solve the current issue you have with the company, email them, call them and demand some answers. Uplist is taking far longer than it should have and pretty obvious something got screwed up according to you. Maybe and maybe not, but I have to say 3 months is definitely a long time and I will admit that, but the more important question you need to ask is, did this CEO ever applied for the QB status, or was it all a made up story, how credible is he?

I agree, the multiple 8K's for more convertible notes as little as they are is not exactly great public relations, but that is what developmental stage companies do all the time.

Here is my thought exactly how this will play out, if Andrew is a screw up, Pat Avery will resign or they will appoint another CEO to take the helm, if Pat Avery sees the true potential as I see it, this stock will run to minimum 60 cents fully diluted, meaning they cap out the AS and then aim at Nasdaq at some point early next year 10 for 1 reverse split and this trades on the big boards next year at $6.00 with 60 million float, or they won't max out and the stock organically grows within the next 9 months and trades between 1-2 dollars, if you know Lithium and if this is lithium that is where this will be heading to, provided that there are no hiccups and they execute appropriately. I think the issue at hand one way or another will get resolved sooner than later and genuinely don't think it will get passed mid March. If you were on AB*ML or even saw how high that went from 0.005-$4.00 to 4-5 billion market cap and if the story here is half true about Pat Avery and Lithium, this stock will do wonders.
