As the brokers have not published the updated DIVI the PPS will lag a bit.

I expect the PPS will rocket to over $10.00 in the next few weeks.

My reasons being:

1. Oil is going to continue to climb. (See reasons 2 & 3 as to why.)

2. After the Olympics I expect to see Russia invade the Ukraine but in an agreement with China will wait till the Olympics conclude so not to put a damper on China's Winter games. This will cause the price of crude oil to sky rocket which bodes well for us.

3. Investors will exit the stock market in general putting money into GOLD OIL SILVER things that do not rely on the US dollar. Which in my mind means an influx into USOI.

4. If you cash out of other holdings and turn them into cash ahead of the upcoming market crash it will be a life event in being able to invest into NYSE companies for pennies on the dollar.

Time will determine if my reasons come to pass, I am banking on it big time.
