I contacted the ceo and he said things were going well and he had a growth plan for the future. He also said that he would try to get filings out early.

I was thinking considering the share price this was pretty good news.

They have been pretty loose with their statements in the past. I suspect many traders either held or bought on the statements in the FAQ page released July 27th 2021. You can see that large losses could potentially be linked to that one. Hundreds of millions of new shares pounded the price after the comment. I bet that they wouldn't even make that same claim now with the convertible debt eligible.

When will the debt be brought under control and when will the dilution stop?

"...We cannot tell yet how much more conversion there will be but the rate and amount are in a dramatic decline. We do see an end coming soon since that has been the direction for much of the past three months...
