While we anticipated submitting all
documentation to the FDA this week,
we are still patiently waiting on
Empirical Technologies Corp to review
all current documentation. We will
inform our shareholders via formal
press release when submission has

Looks like company that has 100% record of getting filings past FDA is reviewing this before submission.
