Prior to the payouts…. I had a couple orders, at ask price, take more than an hour to fill.

My order is for .22 per share. Just checked and still has not filled and doesn't show as a bid either onTDA level 2. My order is thru eTrade.

I had orders in last couple days they refused to fill also.
