it appears that SEVU wants the stock higher... In the past NITE has been acting for a certain Brokerage supporting the stock and it seems to have built a temporary "Wall" at 40 cents...
In addition, the last Misleading PR sounded like a Blast from the Past, when, I believe, PR's were intentionally skewed to help prop the stock...
I don't think this has any bearing on any potential solution... BTW, do you perceive the last PR as being misleading?...
