Since it is the 4th Quarter Reporting period, we will get an annual report on March 31 or a week later on April 8th ....

NSAV is notorious for asking for an extension ... if it was quarter 1 , 2 or 3 it would be the regular 45 day deadline .

Remember that NSAV is a Non SEC reporting Pink Company ... This is the OTC .. Their rules get Blended with FINRA

You can go to NSAV's Nasdaq Disclosure Page and look back at when NSAV has filed the annual reports in the past and you will see what I am telling you are Facts ...

Any Company can File early if they so desire ... but NSAV probably Won't .

Quarterly Report due within 45 days of the quarter end
Annual Report due within 90 days of the fiscal year end
Attorney Letter due within 120 days of the fiscal year end.
