I did look up NFT Inc., with the E12812632021-0 entity number, and on the 'mergers/conversions' page it does show 'active' under 'entity status' and the filing date is indicated as today. The confusion is coming from the other 'merge dissolved' status indicated right above to the right of that same page, which is also the same status indicated on the Elray Resources Inc's 'mergers/conversions' page. Uniformity of statuses on both company's pages would help to clear up the confusion :-)
