Everyone needs to send their reports to enforcement@sec.gov there are obviously no assets to divide amongst shareholders, the money is gone. The only vindication we'll see is when Ed and Wayne are banned from selling securities or holding any position as an officer of a public company again.
I had actually thought the hotels were the better part of the company. Now it is apparent that no part of the company has been doing anything but losing money hand over fist. If the restaurants were making money, we wouldn't see Ed trying to sell them. Would anyone like to make a bet we see that offer fall through very soon?
