A welcome counterpoint to the continuing option-dating story. It seems to be bigger news than the latter; the Beatles story is one of the headlines at Google, and the public radio classical music station I listen to just mentioned it as a "headline in the news".
Sounds like things were settled pretty amicably- both sides are paying their own legal expenses.
