Good question rce9rys - First of all, the cars were in better shape.. it was obvious they were better cared for. Second, the people running the program were not only nicer, they seemed more professional and more interested in our enjoyment and our safety.

On the track, we were in action with other cars, not just following the leader. I could pass if and when I wanted to. Additionally, there was a professional driver next to me coaching me. In Petty, I was alone in the car and only able to follow a driver. Overall, the difference was like night and day.

I am not an adrenilne junkie or anything but of all the things I have tried, this was by far the most exciting thing I have ever done. I can't wait to do it again!
