I am not sure. If she was fired, to say she "is stepping down to pursue another opportunity" would be an outright lie. Maybe the truth is somewhere in between. On her last call, it struck me that Elaine called Helen's $1B projection in royalties in 2027 "an exercise" done in 2017, then she corrected herself saying that they were still confident in those projections. I wouldn't be surprised if Helen wasn't happy about that.
I was not a big fan but usually it's not a great sign when a top executive leaves to pursue other opportunities so I have mixed feelings.
Phesgo Q4 sales were Sfr 127m (117m in Q3), slightly below consensus (130m).
