I think he meant to say “if” SPZI says they have 50 million…..01 on principal alone” but I don’t want to speak for anyone……. I just think that was what he was saying.

KennethBased on my faulty memory as a person 79 years old (I never had a good memory) memory I think that several months ago somebody stated that there was some sort of source that would provide invest 50 million dollars in the pool. I also think that we were more or less promised more information about this. That informanation was never presented. Subsequently (not very long ago) there was a reference to 25 million dollars. My assessment therefore is that the 50 million dollars are no longer valid.

Kenneth The following is sheer speculation on my part. I suspect that the reference to 50 million dollars for the pool was based on contact with Katz but was not a binding commitment. The sum was subsequently raised to between 500 million dollars and 2 billion dollars.
