Hearing was continued at $GOFF's request so that Mr. Calasse who approached us over the weekend, can oppose the motion. He hasn't provided any evidence that he paid for the shares & has admitted that $GOFF was a fraudulent enterprise under his watch. Custodianship is not at issue
