Probably too low for the price but I think this ship has sailed on anyone caring. You can only reverse split and do absolutely nothing so many times before no one cares. Plus with the terrible state of the otc, the limited liquidity isn’t going into RBSH without an insanely good catalyst FROM THE COMPANY. And that’s not happening. Your question is fair but mine would be that with this piece of crap, why does it matter? You might get a tiny bounce from mid dubs but it won’t matter.
