they are always covering themselves...they will do it when it's best for them. They couldn't care less about shareholders...individual shareholders I mean.
could you please show me the previous particular sec filing that your are referring to for reverse split that leads to a nasdaq uplisting? I don't recall ever seeing it. thanks
