Also about 48 million shares are owned by the former management. It’s been consistent in the quarterly statements.

I’m betting that closer to when a reverse merger occurs the custodian can apply to have them canceled. Seen this happen so many times. Old management should NOT benefit from the work of the custodian and reverse merging company.

Imagine if the real OS is just around 14 million shares! It could take several months but this could be a good investment in the single digit pennies.
