I would be more concerned with when the C Suite starts buying. I would keep an eye out around 3 or 4 months from now and see what they are doing.

Dale will be allowed to buy in a couple of weeks. He is precluded from buying for 6 months from his last sale which I believe was August 12th. So he can buy again starting after February 12th. He will likely have to wait for 2 days after the new 10-K is published. So if insider buying is going to happen, it will likely be then. The other insiders don't have much money to invest.
