Does it not depend on what price F offers current holders?

If the price is such that it is solid for F to own them - but say offers today liquidity to current holders - I did not see how this hurts

Again - I do not know if good or bad for capital and suggest we can not know until we know the OFFER

Note - F is offering two things ---- liquidity without B x A space and commission AND to take back the paper risk and reward

If liquidity (ability of note holders to more easily move to other investments) is important - the offer by F may be good for F
