No harm no foul it’s the OTC plenty of strong hands here loaded and waiting. The delay could have been for any reason, doctor visit , scheduling and it’s only for a share cancellation hearing. Whatever happens this is all for incoming company DD is important and 55 million shares is a lot of shares in the wrong hands.
I expect this to skyrocket as we get closer to the merger announcement.
