So McNally resigned (you feel it was voluntary, I don't) so it will take a little bit of time for the new team to clean up the mess. Give them time, I'm not saying they will deliver and load up as you put it, but possibly they will, and/or have incentive stock pay rather than wages.
Who knows, but it may not be accurate to say company executives do not feel the same.........yet...... the jury is still out for a short period of time
