BUT...but....but as of today we DO NOT and WILL NOT and we will "ALTERNATIVE FILE our annual report aka Q-4" and then ding ding ding...the magic SAFE HARBOR BULLSHIT of OTC FAME....

.... "SOMEDAY SOON WE HOPE" that ole auditor we "might" have hired....MIGHT produce some audited financials and maybe we can show what Artizen revenues REALLY are....the oldest bullshit word in all of OTC-ville "SOON" ....LMAO....yeah....unicorns "SOON"....maybe...possibly...

NOWHERE is there ANY proof Artizen has massive revenues...Twatter don't count folks and they are a PRIVATE LLC thus ZERO "proof" in filings or otherwise exist to prove they have huge revenues and MORE IMPORTANTLY make ONE CENT OF PROFIT....for all one knows Artizen can very well be a MONEY LOSING PIT...it's simple as that....

The PR PUMP ATTEMPT yesterday by PVSP aka CEO RISS per the NY Secretary of State....it was as carefully worded as the damn Pentagon Papers...the SAFE HARBOR was twice as long as the damn actual BS ..."PR" LMAO !!!

They only "HOPE SOON to have audited financials" and that = SEE FORWARD LOOKING CYA SAFE HARBOR.....

And they made it 100% clear they will produce POS MS WORD DOC "ALTERNATIVE FILINGS" (AS USUAL - as good as road side gas station toilet paper) for the upcoming Quarterly filing due now for all intents and purposes...

NO "AUDIT" proof exists....and NO "HUGE REVENUES" let alone ONE CENT OF PROFITABILITY exists....
