Their fiscal year ended in July 2021 I believe. Almost 8 months later they have not completed their audit? This is not a COVID issue. They need their financials audited and finalized so they can complete their tax returns. The IRS doesn't have soft deadlines. Even with an extension they are quickly approaching the extension deadline.
