#49924 RE: ANTI-BAGHOLDER #49922

Warrants are different than convertible notes, but yes, I want more info on them…. 80 mil in warrants with a 3 year hold on exercising them. Do they cancel if the company pays them back, do they adjust if the pps rises? I’ve asked IR about it, and of course, they tell me this, along with many other questions will be made clear by the company when the financials are released.

That’s a lot different than you telling everyone 6.5 billion shares would be required for those notes.

Secured by warrants remove the derivative liability, which is good

The recent financials show $2.5M in cash and 3mo. Revenue at $165,042.

Revenue on 9/2020 was $52,397 for just Meso alone.

For simplicity, let's estimate gscg revenue was conservatively $75,000 from merger date of 8/18/21 to 9/30/21.

Just estimating gscg revenue at $75K for 6 weeks seems pretty good to me.

No insolvency, just huge potential as we get past covid season and gscg puts pedal to the metal.
