Well, from my reading of the 8-K it didn't answer any questions, other than the obvious question of WHEN the 8-K would be released. There wasn't much in there to really chew on or take to the bank, so to speak. So, the loyalists to the company will remain and see what happens. The only good news about the 8-K release is that the stock did NOT tank ( so far).
