100% correct...... unles they dilute like a stinky pinkie. We know that’s not going to happen though because of the 6 month freeze per filing. So........ you are correct as the SS would stay the same and no shares would be hitting market which means the RS is essentially meaningless.
You can look on any OTC stock message board that is proposing an RS and find rhetoric like this. In OTC land when an RS takes place the shareholder gets screwed! The ratio is what determines how bad. The PPS is the ONLY THING THAT MATTERS!
