Someone needs to have a chat with Joe ladin!! Many of us our heavily invested!! If the share price will not go up on its own.merit the reverse split would not hold either!

Incorrect on every count:

- The minimum investment for the offering is $50K which would equate to 62.5M shares - nobody has bought that yet.

- The cash is not being used for acquisitions - it is being used for increased inventory for sales.

- There is not going to be a reverse split and there is no need for one.

- The share price can move to the .01 > .02 range relatively easily.
