They stay that way because the price has dropped more than they shares are worth to get the toxic lenders money. As soon as that changes then the dilution will start. They borrowed a nice chunk of cash and will have to pay it back sooner or later. So the dilution is on standby, but it's going to happen. Sucks but a fact
