The joker, Nader, was removed from the deck, but so were all the aces and face cards. Capital is “KING” and that is nowhere to be found. All the $ spent on the shareholders dispute could have paid the Amarex bond and Nader would have been gone sooner.
It didn’t have to be the 13D; Kelly could have/should have axed Nader and negotiated a resolution…so here were are… broke WITH NADER FIRED AFTER SPENDING MILLIONS TO KEEP HIM IN PLACE…TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE OF THE BOD.. .. LMAO and crying at the same time at the irony. But what’s new?
