There wasn't one single positive thing in that email about the buyback!! We should appreciate them for their buy back initiative. We should give kudos to them for trying to get their audits done. We should give credit where its due for trying to communicate with us on regular basis. Point out the flaws but the same time don't sound like you are out to get them.
