the share issuance to PDIV bumped the OS to 124B---those are restricted...the OS was bumped another 50 Billion to 174B--coincidently, the unrestricted also increased by 50 B

"deals" can't be done with free trading shares absent a Reg filing, sooooo it will be interesting to see who got the unrestricted and when they hit the market
