And, NO, "they're NOT smart enough", in my view, or the person in question would have filed a Proxy mentioning he was a Felon Fraud on Probation and would have filed his 13D and Form 3 and 4... If McBride took any Legal Advice, there would be NO Class Action Suit, either, so please, don't bother with that line of argument...
Are you also going to tell me that there was NO violation of the obligation to disclose ownership through 13D, which still exists?...
