There's 1.3M shares float - u think no shares are in DTC - have you got a NOBO list that shows 0 shares in DTC - Fact is, the company need to provide updates - Seems they just issues a bunch of restricted shares - possible purchase/Takeover - seems like dilution to me. Unfortunately I have been liquidated my position - lots of other bargain out there to pass up - GL $MSBM.
