Is it possible - sure, but based on the latest news releases and how this has traded, I can't see that happening.

High 2’s already happened. Buys mid 3’s now before we see 4’s and high soon.

Anything is possible, but on the off chance that it does happen, it will be much much harder to accumulate millions at that price now that conversion/dilution has ended. The last drop to $0.025 was from a 20M share dump to move the money to another ticker, as was announced. I don't see that happening again as they have sold that ticker for loss, and are now saying they want back in here in the 2's. Good luck with that! The market absorbed that 20M dump and those buys are now very profitable. I bought some of those and I'm HOLDING for much higher gains. Can you say NASDAQ?
