OK, So, I go back to my original premise. The buyback will be announced soon, maybe today, as it is the last day of the month, and there seemed to be an effort to get the price down, so they can buy back a ton of shares. Then, the shares to be bought back will probably be acquired from investors such as TG Private Equity at an agreed upon price, such as the price at the close of trading on a certain day. Since it is Jan. 31 today, it could be today's closing price. The downward trend began at the beginning of Nov. It has been 2 1/2 months. It has to be ending soon, maybe today. We shall see. Maybe an announcement today or tomorrow. Just speculation.
