Whats crazy is that if PRPH would have checked the boards and read my posts about PRED, they would have known PRED would do what it did ahead of time! Says alot about PRPH that they are not a good company and are prone to bad deals. Brad knew the second he got that money that it would not be going back to PRPH. For sure.

Can't recall is this was discussed here or not, but the Hatch withdrew from the two lawsuits he was representing on preds behalf. Never a good sign when your attorney quits mid case. I can't imagine predictive can afford council, and not sure where on the priority list paying attorneys falls when they're this close to bankruptcy. I would imagine they will burn right thru their 30% stake they received in preferred shares for selling their last, and only, viable revenue source.

In the bright side I'm starting to get a true sense that this shit show might finally be ending soon.
