With the way things are going there's going to be high demand for private land lease oil reserves where the regulations are different.

I would argue a smart person, or company does not cut off his nose despite their face. The amount EEENF is getting, while big to EEENF, is peanuts to a major with higher oil prices, and the pure profit that comes along with the higher prices. They would do just the opposite my friend, IMHO.
