They don’t but since LBI final distribution is already approved and set in stone, that just means it is no longer a concern anymore.

But also Barclays owns the Lehman name, so maybe they would want to include Both in a the investment bank they are creating so both would have to be officially done. <—- that is my thought for why but just a theory since LBI never traded publicly and it was LBHI.

The LBI bankruptcy is technically over which leaves LBHI and LBT too announce final distributions.
