I'm not going to argue, but do you really believe the FDA is involved in a wink wink nod nod type of announcement?

You said this:
"BUT, if you are going to approve a product, and want to take advantage of the "wink-wink" that Blueskys is suggesting in his "conspiracy theory", then you had better do it before issuing a final decision on the EUA. (In other words, I see this "weak" announcement as a sign that final approval is closer than ever before)."

If this is true, then what you are really saying is the the FDA is involved in the fraud.

On face value the FDA issued a Class 1 recall that is the most serious type of recall, according to the FDA statement.

If this is just a wink wink nod nod, knowing full well it would scare investors to sell their holdings at the very bottom then you are somehow suggesting that the FDA is complicit in a conspiracy to defraud investors of their hard earned money.

I don't like this announcement at all.
It stinks. It is terrible for existing investors.

We have to reevaluate everything we thought we knew about this company and their manufacturing partner.

I hope there is a path forward, but I cannot believe the FDA is involved in a wink wink nod nod

UNLESS Pfizer or some other big pharma can benefit from buying AXIM and ImmunoPass for pennies on the dollar.

When you google a term and first hits are for law firms ... that's bad ...

is a "Class I Recall" bad

Class I recall
A Class I recall is the most urgent and serious of the three types of FDA recalls. Class I recalls usually pertain to defective products that can cause serious health problems or death.
