Bet you not a one of them knows the underlying, scandalous and illegal behavior of those in government, in cahoots with the TBTFs, to capture the GSEs and crush their shareholders. Any common sensical evaluation would piss off these judges to no end if they were really applying justice as the Constitution requires in view of what really happened.
