The letter of intent is the most obvious scam pump in the OTC. Always has been and always will be. You simply wake up one morning and there are multiple 8 k's multiple 10ks multiple 10q filed - REAL FILINGS -and the price of the stock goes up a %1000 2000% 3000%. This monkey has AN UNDERGRADUATE computer science degree and it took him 8 years to get that. His current job is conman scammer on the OTC because he wasn't good enough to do anything else.
