Management sucks. They haven't pulled their weight. They let the company go delinquent and got delisted which hurt share holders. They aren't executing or delivering revenue. Everything continues to be forward looking. The patent is most likely dead in the water. It's a loto ticker at best. The have generated zero cyber security revenue. Crypto appears to be going into a longterm correction. There is nothing good about owning this stock.
Get out of you are long. If you soon my an my to sell here, I think they do one more push back to .05 but not sure if they can do it again if they don't generate revenue soon.
