“ I figured it out” …Laughing uncontrollably. Not one viable Cydy fact, including denial of Federal Investigations, clearly announced in the CYDY SEC filings.
What Sale? The one NP promised every year and NEVER happened. Who wants to buy a pack of legal problems?? Or questionable clinical trial data (not peer-reviewed and FDA Statement--misrepresented/manipulated) and press releases that look so shady that the SEC & DOJ are investigating them (HIV, mTNBC, CoV). There is waaay too many red flags with CyDy to pass due diligence for any quality BP. Only some bottom feeder like Vyera would find CyDy attractive. And they pay pennies on the dollar.
Shareholders aren't going to get rich on those buyers if they even attract them. Dr. K certainly hasn't gotten any company interested and he cancelled the last conference presentation. Mass mailing to BP is laughable.
