$HDUP - I tried to explain why I tend to look at these announcements the way I do.
EVERY CEO/Company is FAR more bullish than you'll ever be. I started two companies from scratch and if you (the owner) aren't bullish you will quit at the first roadblock.
We have to understand that every CEO/Company has bought into the story that they will be successful. If you decide to say that the anticipated date is written in stone then the only person who will be discouraged, will be you and those who've chosen to do the same.
Take a deep breath, do not defend the cheerleaders and if you believe that they will get it done, then be patient. It's going to happen but it's not going to happen on some arbitrary schedule when there are two companies involved, each with their own management team and each with their own advisors (lawyers and CPA's).
