You really should let the Eric thing remain in the past. Shares are all priced in. As far as having a residential home away from the area he is building in, I hardly see that as abnormal. Wouldn't be surprised if buddies with a company this size are roomies. Idk why he hasn't gotten back to you. Perhaps because he knows you are a bear angling for cheaper shares? Lol jk....or am I? I guess I'll never know since you won't tell me how deep you are here? Flipping? Idk. The only thing that matters here is that the revenue is audited after the sale and it is reflected in the official numbers. I expect 1 mil in profit from the current property. The sooner the better.

Also fwiw hounding a young CEO about past decisions he made to keep the company going probably won't get responses. Priced in already. We will see if he has learned his lesson or not.

You gathered any news on the Baird road properties? Since the down payment and financing has already been secured we should be hearing something soon. I have looked into Donnell Suarez a bit deeper and he is a Lawyer specializing in construction loans and financing. I suspect the financing is for the Baird road property builds.
