OK... I'll take that as a challenge.........

I'll check with Rob and see what he has to say...........either via e-mail or The Chat Shack.

I'll try The Chat Shack first...... may as well squash that bug ASAP or confirm it as fact.

MY understanding is that SHARES are NOT being used to retire debt....... but RATHER to keep operating expenses covered until substantial cash flow fills the gap left by our buddy WEX and the negative situation as a result of cash burn verses cash flow..........

Take the friggin' chip off yer shoulder....... IF I'm WRONG I don't have a problem admitting it.......
