Shell is drilling Block6 EEZ next week on the border of Erhe Blk4 . The same block4 that Erhe won its 100% rights to in two lengthy and costly international litigations with Kosmos Energy. The same blk4 that Kosmos famous and top litigation attorney called the gem of the EEZ. The same blk4 that Kosmos valued in its litigation against Erhe at $500,000,000.00. The same block4 that Total saw the seismic on and was so excited to get involved in after Kosmos dragged their feet with payment to Erhe thinking they could out run the clock and maybe Erhe would go bankrupt. At this point those that took long positions are excited and patience looks like it will pay off handsomely!!
