I don't understand why everyone keeps saying .01 for the offering. That is top end per the filing. It doesn't look like traders will know the actual offering price until the SEC "Notice of Qualification" filing which makes the offering active. If the story isn't supporting the current level why would they try to sell shares higher with the offering.
